Breakfast
1 glass milk
1 tricolor sandwich (mint chutney, tomato sauce/jam)
milk-1 glass.
Cornflakes- 1 bowl
Egg sandwich- 1
OR Cheese sandwich- 1
Milk- 1 glass
Mid-Morning
Biscuits of different shapes and colors
Fruit chaat –1/2 plate
Dhokla- 2-3 pieces.
Ladoo – 1
1 Fruit (apple/orange/pear
/chickoo)
Lunch
2 frankies (chapati rolled with vegetables)
1 Fruit (apple/orange/pear
/chickoo)
Stuffed Paratha - 3
Green leafy vegetables saag-1/2 cup.
Lassi- 1 glass
Roti- 3-4
Methi sabzi – 1 vati.
Khichadi- 1 vati.
Evening
1 glass fruit milk shake
1 khakhara
Bhel puri- 1 plate
Fruit juice- 1 glass
Cold coffee with ice-cream-1glass.
Late-Evening
2 pieces chikki
Tomato soup- 1 cup
Vegetarian spring rolls- 4 pieces
Dinner
1 plate Khichadi
½ cup curds
½ cup vegetables
1 papad
Mixed vegetable pulao- 1 plate
Boondi raita- ½ cup
Besan ladoo-1
Pav- 2 no.
Bhaji- 1½ cups
1 Fruit (apple/orange/pear
